Miss Gresh, at 6'1" tall and with very good agility and speed, was on of the better athletic players in the state during her tenure at Danbury. Miss Gresh was a pure shooter, as her career statistics reflect, as she shot well over 50% from the field during her final three seasons as a Laker. She ended her career at Danbury by averaging 25.1 points per game her senior season (which ranks 5th all time).
Miss Gresh was a dominant post player, due to her size, but also her outstanding athletic ability. Her career is well reflected in the Laker history book:
#1 Career Rebounding (1193); #1 Career Offensive Rebounding (511); #1 Career Defensive Rebounding (682); #1 Career Free Throws Made (359); #1 Career Games Played (90); #1 Career Quarters Played (349); #3 Career Scoring Leader (1465); #3 Career Field Goals Made (553); #3 Career Field Goal Percentage (.537); and #4 Career Free Throw Percentage (.629).
Miss Gresh was highly recruited her senior season, as she was offered 6 division I full scholarships. She chose not to play college basketball, but attended the University of Toledo and majored in nursing.
