(Tiffin Columbian) - Danbury claimed their first sectional championship in eight years, as they dominated from start to finish against Seneca East.

Kim Zura led the Laker attack with 18 points, while Danielle Twarek, Sarah Kovach and Megan Twarek hit for double figures. Marin Uhinck, Stefini Kosa, Char Turinsky and Laura Heishman rounded out the scoring column.

Danbury advances to district play and will face Ottawa Hills for the third time this season.
